Ekannoborti is a non-profit social service organization that regularly works on establishing libraries, providing daily newspapers, promoting tree plantation, and offering guidance and support on education and employment. It also conducts activities such as winter clothing distribution, medical assistance, and environmental cleanliness. Shahidullah Sabuj is one of the founders and the leading initiator of Ekannoborti, continuing to serve as an active and dedicated member of the organization.

The program organized on the occasion of Great Victory Day sought divine forgiveness for the souls of the martyrs, late freedom fighters, helpers, and supporters of the Liberation War, and prayed for the good health and righteous longevity of all those still living.
Marking this event, a Holy Quran Khatam, a special prayer gathering (Dua Mahfil), distribution of sweets, and the gifting of warm clothes to neighbors were arranged.
Ekannoborti carried out a full-scale cleaning campaign at Gunaighar Bazar, removing waste and restoring a healthy environment. The initiative also encouraged the community to adopt better hygiene and responsible waste practices. Through this effort, the market area became cleaner, fresher, and more welcoming for everyone.
Ekannoborti organized a spirited group cycling journey from Gunaighar to Gozaria, Unjhuti, Bakoshar, Ballavpur, Kasharikhola, Dhamti, Kiachishar, Mashikara, Rampur, and back to Gunaighar, celebrating unity and fitness. The long route connected villages and people, turning the ride into a moving symbol of community bonding. Through this initiative, Ekannoborti promoted health, camaraderie, and a vibrant spirit of togetherness.
Ekannoborti extended financial support and on-ground assistance for the Gomoti River dam protection effort in Debidwar, Cumilla, standing beside the community during a critical moment. The team worked directly on-site, helping safeguard the embankment and supporting local authorities in preventing further damage. Through this timely intervention, Ekannoborti reaffirmed its commitment to protecting lives, land, and the environment.
Shopnojatra— a journey shaped for people, a path walked for humanity. Like every passing year, this year too we carried warmth to the cold-stricken: blankets and masks as gifts of comfort in winter’s harsh embrace. Our journey reached the field of Gitalgoj Dimmukhi High School in Bhojonpur Union and the Nijbari Dotola Mor area of Debnagar Union under Tetulia Thana in Panchagarh district. If our small effort can touch even a handful of lives, then our dream moves one step closer to the beautiful future we seek.
